Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Political Action Committee
FLOMSPAC is an organization of FSOMS whose purpose is to raise and distribute campaign funds to candidates seeking political office. FLOMSPAC channels the voluntary contributions we raise to Florida candidates for elective office. In 2024 FLOMSPAC had a distribution of $43,500 to 52 representative and senators, plus two Republican parties.

PURPOSE
(1) To promote and strive for the improvement of government by encouraging and stimulating oral surgeons and others to take a more active and effective part in governmental affairs.
(2) To encourage oral surgeons and others to understand the nature and actions of their government, as to important political issues, and as to the records of officeholders and candidates for elective office.
(3) To assist oral surgeons and others in organizing themselves for more effective political action and in carrying out their civic responsibilities.
(4) To do any and all things necessary or desirable for the attainment of the purposes stated above.
